The manager in charge of the organization is the club's department heads and is performed by the department's member register manager. Inquiries for access, rectification or deletion of personal data may be made to the club's manager or manager in the local departments. From our members we obtain names, addresses, years of birth and gender. The member can voluntarily register the telephone number and e-mail address. The club also registers a membership number, registration date, the name of the local branch and the nature of the membership (main member, family member, pensioner, disability). We need this contact information for members to provide an adequate offer and information related to membership, to be able to issue membership certificates and to invoice the annual quota. When applying for membership in the club, you consent to each area you allow the club to use personal information for, such as memberships, newsletters, sending SMS, invitations to events, etc. Upon termination of membership, your personal information will be deleted. In order to maintain and develop certain statistics, we keep information about the local department, membership, gender, year of birth, enrollment and enrollment date.

As a member of us you have full access to and access to change your personal information and permissions at any time. Modification of such information may be done by the member himself or her by creating a user account or by contacting the local branch executive.
